
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer's statutory rights as a Consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the provision of Services by the Supplier (ClassicCanvases.co.uk) to the Buyer (You) and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.

ORDERING
All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by ClassicCanvases. ClassicCanvases may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
The Buyer must pay close attention to size, quantity and finish of product at the time of ordering, as a return based on a Buyers error at this stage cannot be made once ClassicCanvases has started to perform its Services.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The price of the Services shall be that stipulated on the Website, errors and omissions excepted.
The total purchase price, including VAT, if any, and delivery, will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
Once the Buyer confirms order, payment will be taken via PayPal.
Where applicable, if any payment is rejected or refused, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and ClassicCanvases will be entitled to cease or suspend the provision of the relevant Service immediately, until payment has been received.
After the order and payment is received ClassicCanvases will confirm by email the details, description and price for the Services.
SERVICES
ClassicCanvases shall begin to perform the Services once payment has been accepted.
ClassicCanvases shall perform the Services with absolute skill and care. However, where applicable, ClassicCanvases does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. ClassicCanvases may have to suspend the Services for repair, maintenance or improvement. If so, ClassicCanvases will restore them as quickly as is reasonably possible.
DELIVERY
All prints are professionally hand made to order, therefore ClassicCanvases aim to deliver all Services to the Buyer within 10 working days from receipt of order.
Third party delivery services are used to deliver ClassicCanvases products. Each product is protected as much as possible using cardboard tubes, but the Buyer must inform ClassicCanvases immediately if the product has been damaged in transit. Please see our Returns Policy.
RIGHTS OF THE SUPPLIER
ClassicCanvases reserves the right to:
- periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. ClassicCanvases shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.
- withdraw the Services from the Website at any time.
- change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that ClassicCanvases shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
- change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
CANELATION
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Contract at any time before 3 working days has passed from the day the Contract was made. If, however, ClassicCanvases has started to perform its side of the Contract before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.
FORCE MAJEURE (Greater Force)
ClassicCanvases shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, and ClassicCanvases shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may include links to third party websites (PayPal) that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

We collect and process your personal information fairly and lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect your address and email for processing and delivering your order only. 2. We store the contract’s content and will send you the details and confirmation of your order via e-mail. 3. This website uses PayPal for financial transactions. PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – PayPal safeguards your bank, credit or debit card details so that your financial details are never shared. ClassicCanvases will never have access to your financial details.

By using PayPal, (the safest way to shop online), we are able to accept all major credit and debit cards. You don't need an account to use PayPal, simply use your credit or debit card by clicking "Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout". Of course, if you do have an account, login and pay as you normally would.
Your financial information is never shared, so we (ClassicCanvases) never see your credit card details. PAYPAL*CCANVASES will appear on your bank statement.
After completing the PayPal payment window you will be returned to ClassicCanvases to confirm your order. After checking that the details are correct, click "Place order".
Your receipt and order number will then be confirmed to you via email, for you to keep for your records.
Confirmation emails from payPal will quote Barallen Creative Services Ltd. This is our registered company name, of which ClassicCanvases.co.uk is a trading name.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
All of our prints are made to order. We aim to deliver your print to you within 10 working days from receiving your order. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which also insures the package against damage. You will not need to sign for the package. All shipping costs are included in the prices shown on the website.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently only operate within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase any of our prints, please contact us via info@classiccanvases.co.uk, or via our Contact Us page.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
ClassicCanvases is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately via email. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
Should your item be damaged in transit, then please do inform us immediately via email.
HELPFUL TIP: If possible, take a photo of the product and make a note of anything that is not as it should be before you send it back. This will help in the unlikely event that the courier company damages the product on its way back to us. Once returns have been received, a refund will be issued into the account from which you paid for the purchase. All freight costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE
There are several reasons why a package gets lost, and most of the time it is out of our control. If you have waited for more than 10 working days for your print to arrive, please contact us via email in the first instance, where we will be able to track the package and update you on it’s expected arrival.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery to ensure that they are supplied correctly and undamaged. If for any reason you need to make a return, please contact us immediately via email. When returning goods please take care to package them appropriately, as by law the customer is responsible for returning the goods to the supplier without them being damaged.
Once you have received your print, but decide that you have ordered the wrong size, we're afraid that we do not accept returns on this basis.
Please pay close attention to size at the time of order.
Basic Terms: Goods must be:
1. Returned within 7 days of receipt (Using Royal Mail's Standard Parcels service).
2. Accompanied with your receipt/Order number (We will need your order number to speed up your refund).
3. Replaced back into the original packaging.
4. Complete. HELPFUL TIP: If possible, take a photo of the product and make a note of anything that is not as it should be before you send it back. This will help in the unlikely event that the courier company damages the product on its way back to us. Once returns have been received, a refund will be issued into the account from which you paid for the purchase. All freight costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Returning your goods implies you have read the Returns Policy and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
